Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
  • Made to Order: Given our commitment to craftsmanship, all shoes are made to order. Please allow an additional 7-14 business days for production. This ensures each pair meets our high standards of quality and precision.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery

  • Domestic Shipping (Within the USA):

    • Standard Shipping (5-7 business days): $15 USD
    • Expedited Shipping (2-3 business days): $30 USD
    • Free Standard Shipping on orders over $300 USD
  • International Shipping:

    • Standard International Shipping (7-14 business days): $40 USD
    • Expedited International Shipping (3-7 business days): $70 USD
    • Please note: International orders may be subject to customs duties and taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.

3. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

  • Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this number to monitor your order until it reaches you.

4. Delivery Timeframes

  • Delivery times are estimated based on the shipping method selected and your location. Please note that unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs delays, or carrier issues may affect delivery times.

5. Lost or Stolen Packages

  • Succenza is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided for the order. Upon inquiry, we will provide delivery confirmation details, including tracking information and carrier details, to assist you in your investigation.

Returns & Exchanges Policy

1. Return Eligibility

  • Your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we accept returns and exchanges under the following conditions:
    • Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date.
    • Products must be in new, unworn condition, with all original packaging intact.
    • Custom-made or personalized items are non-returnable, except in cases of defects or errors on our part.

2. How to Return an Item

  • Request a Return: Contact our customer service team at returns@succenza.com with your order number and reason for return.
  • Return Authorization: After your return request is approved, you will receive a Return Authorization (RA) number along with return instructions.
  • Return Shipping: Securely package the item, including the RA number. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as Succenza is not liable for lost returns.

3. Refunds

  • Refund Processing: After we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund. A credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
  • Partial Refunds: Partial refunds may be issued for items returned without original packaging or showing signs of wear.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

4. Exchanges

  • To exchange your item for a different size or color, please contact us at customerservice@succenza.com. Once your return is received, we will process the exchange and ship the new item at no additional cost for the first exchange.

5. Defective or Damaged Items

  • If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us immediately at customerservice@succenza.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.

6. Non-Returnable Items

  • Custom-made or personalized items, as well as final sale items, are non-returnable and non-exchangeable, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
